Andrea Trischan, a former Phoenix Suns employee, has filed a complaint with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Arizona attorney general’s office alleging racial discrimination and harassment during her tenure from Sep. 2022 to July 2023. Trischan claims wrongful termination and is seeking $60 million in damages. The case is currently under investigation by the civil rights division.
